Defective or Damaged Items?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we'll make it right.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Defects must be due to manufacturing errors or damage during shipping
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

What qualifies as defective:

  • Printing errors or misprints
  • Damaged fabric or materials
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Items that don't match the product description

How to request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@rbdg.shop with your order number
  2. Provide photos showing the defect or damage
  3. We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

What we don't cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Size or fit issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
