Defective or Damaged Items?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we'll make it right.
Eligibility:
- Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Defects must be due to manufacturing errors or damage during shipping
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
What qualifies as defective:
- Printing errors or misprints
- Damaged fabric or materials
- Incorrect items shipped
- Items that don't match the product description
How to request a return:
- Contact us at info@rbdg.shop with your order number
- Provide photos showing the defect or damage
- We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
What we don't cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Size or fit issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
